Treatment Process

Before Your First Appointment

You can book your preferred appointment online. You will then receive an email with a medical history form and a treatment agreement. Please fill out this forms carefully in advance and return it to me. If you would prefer to fill out the forms at the office, that is of course also possible; in that case, please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment begins.

Please also remember to bring all relevant medical records, such as X-rays or MRI scans (on CD or with a code).

The First Appointment

The first appointment is designed to give me a comprehensive understanding of your physical condition. We begin with a detailed medical history, during which we’ll go over your medical history form together and address your specific concerns. This is followed by a physical examination, during which I will perform various functional tests depending on your symptoms. Once we have identified the underlying causes, your first chiropractic treatment (adjustment) will take place immediately afterward. This treatment is tailored specifically to the results of the examination.

Follow-up Treatment

Chiropractic care often achieves its best results through consistency and targeted support of the healing process. Depending on the severity and complexity of your symptoms, it is recommended that follow-up treatments be scheduled at relatively short intervals after the initial treatment. During this appointment, we build on the progress made during the first treatment. We assess how your body has responded to the adjustments and tailor the chiropractic adjustments to your current condition.

Long-Term Support & Prevention

Once we have successfully addressed your acute symptoms, I will be happy to continue supporting you. Once you are registered as a patient in my practice, you can schedule follow-up appointments at any time, flexibly and according to your individual needs.
